If a deliverable is completed and delivered, refunds are not available unless the deliverable materially fails to match the agreed scope.
Monthly services require a 3-month initial commitment. After the initial period, services continue month to month with 30 days written notice to cancel. Refunds for completed monthly periods are not available.
